Return & Refund Policy
At Burak Collection, we strive to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience to our valued customers. Each item is carefully checked before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible. For exchanges due to size issues, requests are subject to stock availability and delivery charges may apply. Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not available or the item is out of stock, and they are issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit after the returned product has been inspected. Items purchased on sale, customized or stitched outfits, and used products are not eligible for return or exchange. In case of our error, we will bear the return shipping cost; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for delivery charges. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team with their order number and product images, and our team will respond within 2–3 working days.
